The Nanday Conure may be a brilliant bird that’s outgoing. Their size, bright colors, ability to find out tricks and talk, and social skills make them a well-liked attraction for bird shows. One of their best-known tricks is retrieving dollar bills from audience members and then finding the same person to return the cash to.
The Nanday Conure is straightforward to stay and makes a wonderful pet for both the experienced bird owner and the beginner. A Nanday Conure is otherwise very adaptable and outgoing. It gets won’t to its owners quickly.

Caring for the Nanday Conure
Since they’re extremely smart, Nanday Conure requires a good amount of socialization and mental stimulation. A black-hooded parakeet requires a 3-foot-tall large cage, which allows them to fly. If they need a bigger cage, they will exercise once they are confined. The minimum recommended cage size for a Nanday Conure is 20″ x 20″ x 36″ is suggested. However, larger is best because this bird must stretch its wings.
The Nanday parakeet (formerly called black-hooded parakeet) is not a quiet bird but a popular pet. They are affectionate toward their owners and talented talkers, capable of learning several words and short phrases.
Nanday Conures can be a good option for people who have never owned a bird before. They’re small, have an affectionate temperament, like to be taught tricks and played with, and don’t make too much noise.
While they have friendly, affectionate personalities, they’re prone to biting and must be trained from a young age. Pineapple green cheek conures are small parrots, reaching only 10 inches. However, they enjoy spending time with their owners and are comical birds that fool around in their cages.
